Ingredients:

  • thawed, shelled, tail off raw shrimp

  • fresh pineapple chunks

  • red onion chunks

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tsp fish sauce

  • 3 tbs big sis jasmine hot honey

  • 1 tbs fresh grated ginger

  • 2 tbs chili paste

  • 4 tbs salted butter melted

  • 3 garlic cloves minced

  • white pepper and salt to taste

pineapple shrimp skewers

Directions:

soak bamboo skewers in water for 20 mins. preheat grill. combine soy sauce, fish sauce, big sis jasmine hot honey, ginger, garlic, melted butter, pepper and chili paste in bowl. soak shrimp in half of the mixture while bamboo skewers are soaking. skewer shrimp, onion and pineapple in desired alternating fashion. grill until shrimp is fully cooked and to desired char while glazing with sauce mixture frequently. remove and serve with rice, green beans or desired vegetables! add our mango salsa recipe.
