jammy eggs & avocado toast
Ingredients:
4 soft boiled eggs
1 tbs big sis jasmine hot honey
1 tbs chili crisp
1 avocado
juice of Half lemon
sea salt
1 piece bread of choice
Directions:
soft boil eggs for 5 mins. peel and mash with fork. add big sis jasmine hot honey and chili crisp. mash 1 avocado with a squeeze of lemon juice and salt in bowl. toast bread in toaster or oven. spread avocado mash onto toast. cover with jammy eggs. drizzle more hot honey and lemon on top to taste.
