Chicken
Ingredients:
3 tbs soy sauce
3 tbs fresh lemon juice
5 tbs big sis jasmine hot honey
5 cloves minced garlic
1 tbs fresh chopped ginger
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 chicken breasts or thighs
1/2 tsp cornstarch
Directions:
whisk all marinade ingredients together in small bowl (save the cornstarch). pour half into airtight container with chicken. marinade 3-6hrs or overnight in fridge. preheat oven to 425°. combine reserved marinade with cornstarch to create slurry. arrange chicken in baking dish. discard marinade. pour new slurry over chicken. bake for 20-25 mins flipping throughout. broil for last 5 mins to char outside.
