Ingredients:
1.5 oz gin or vodka
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz big sis honey (elderflower & co. or earl grey lavender)
top with Prosecco, champagne or cava!
Directions:
combine gin, lemon juice and big sis syrup in cocktail shaker with ice. shake well until shaker is ice cold. strain into champagne glass or coup. top with sparkling wine and garnish with lemon peel or wheel!
