crispy salmon bowls

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tsp fish sauce

  • 3 tbs big sis jasmine hot honey

  • 1 tbs fresh grated ginger

  • 2 tbs chili paste

  • 4 salmon filets (cut into chunks)

  • 4 tbs salted butter

  • 6 garlic cloves

  • 3-4 cups cooked rice

Directions:

combine soy sauce, fish sauce, big sis jasmine hot honey, ginger and chili paste in bowl. melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat. add cubed salmon skin side down and cook for 3 minutes until crisp. flip salmon, reduce heat to medium and add garlic. cook one minute. pour in sauce and cook 3 minutes until sauce thickens. remove salmon cubes. add 1/4 cup water and bring sauce to simmer until thick. spoon salmon over cooked rice and pour over sauce. top with mango salsa (recipe on our website).
